Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility standards and state regulations. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring and documenting patient conditions to report changes to the RN or provider. Support daily patient activities and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, maintaining accurate, timely documentation and adhering to all protocols. This part-time contract assignment includes a 16-week duration with an AM shift of 12.5 hours at Cedar Ridge Center in Skowhegan, ME. An active Maine LPN license and full COVID-19 vaccination are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Maine
- State or federal-issued identification
- Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide documented medical or religious exemption from employer
