Job Summary
Provide compassionate, patient-focused care in a 78-bed skilled nursing facility offering long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services. Safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily responsibilities. Maintain a kind and empathetic personality while working flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, evenings, and nights. Every other weekend availability is required. Hold a valid Maryland LPN license and BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- Maryland LPN license, valid and in good standing
- BLS certification
- Compassionate, patient-focused personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
