Job Summary
Provide oversight to residents' daily care, communicate changes in condition and care clearly with families, and collaborate with the Medical Director to support health plans. Mentor nursing assistants and provide clinical guidance while maintaining a kind, patient, and empathetic approach to enhance quality of life. This role requires an active Maryland LPN license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available in days, evenings, and nights.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland LPN license
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation
