Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents by administering medications, monitoring condition changes, and assisting with care planning. Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members while maintaining accurate nursing documentation. Float within the facility as needed to support resident care during this 13-week contract from September 8 through December 5, 2026. Work 12-hour night shifts at a supportive residential setting in Walsenburg, CO.
