Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents, administering medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents for changes in condition, assist with care planning and ongoing assessments, and maintain accurate nursing documentation. Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team while floating within the facility as needed. This 13-week contract runs September 8 through December 5, 2026, with 12-hour night shifts at $47/hour in a supportive Southern Colorado setting.
