Job Summary
Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care in the Long Term Care unit at Providence Kodiak Alaska Medical Center. Maintain Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse licensure and complete required annual in-service training. Perform duties including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation as needed for residents. Full-time employment with multiple shift availability. Base pay ranges from $29.59 to $44.38 hourly, with potential additional compensation for shift differentials or overtime. Eligible candidates may receive up to $7,500 in hiring bonus and relocation assistance. On-site position located in Kodiak, AK.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department
- Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- MDS may be required if cross-trained into ECF
