Job Summary
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility; assist with daily living activities and monitor residents’ health to support holistic health and quality of life. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, detail-oriented care aligned with residents’ needs and care plans. The role focuses on providing individualized nursing care, ensuring safety, administering basic treatments and medications per protocol, and contributing to a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or eligible
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to deliver high-quality nursing care and support daily resident needs
- Strong communication and compassionate patient-care skills
