Job Summary
Provide direct care to elderly patients using therapeutic self, the nursing process, and team collaboration at Northern Pines Care Center. Maintain accountability for patient groups within designated time frames while working efficiently under stress. Hold current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Work flexible day, evening, or night rotations with no call obligation. Required Qualifications
- Current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) / CPR certification within 6 months of hire
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Health screening and immunization review
- Verification of applicable licensure, certifications, education, and experience
- Background checks including criminal, urine drug screen and MVR where required
