Job Summary
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, family/social activities, and actively promote an independent lifestyle. Identify medical and behavioral changes, develop and monitor care plans, and provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services regarding community conditions and resident needs. Deliver nursing care according to physician's orders and coordinate services with other disciplines while ensuring preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative support. Practice the LCS Hospitality PromisesTM by greeting residents warmly, treating everyone with respect, and maintaining high levels of professionalism in all interactions. This full-time role operates 7:00pm-7:00am with a salary of $36-$40/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license valid in state of IL
- Knowledge in all areas of local Health Department, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies relevant to healthcare services
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
