Job Summary
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, family/social activities, and actively promote independent lifestyle. Identify resident medical and behavioral changes, develop and monitor care plans, and re-assess each resident. Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services regarding community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and nursing supply needs. Deliver nursing care according to physician's orders, established standards, and administrative policies while ensuring preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services. Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines and supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Work part-time days from 7am to 7:30pm with a wage of $29.00 to $30.00 plus shift differentials. Maintain training compliance and be available for emergencies. Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license valid in state worked
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
