LPN

Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on assigned shifts. Administer direct care as necessary, round twice per shift to ensure safe and clean environments, and maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered. Give and receive shift reports, respond to the resident emergency call system, and accompany physicians during rounds. Assist in developing comprehensive care plans, keep physicians and families aware of condition changes, and encourage restorative care to maximize resident independence. Interface with other disciplines to ensure continuity of care while maintaining resident dignity and safety.
