LPN

Provide professional nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration. Assist with restorative care, daily living instruction, and regular rounds while documenting abnormal findings and care plan changes. Supervise nursing personnel, provide job-specific guidance, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Shifts include evenings (2pm-10:30pm) and nights (10pm-6:30am) with every other weekend or Friday/Saturday rotations. Starting pay is $30/hour plus experience pay and shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, PTO, 403(b) match, and tuition reimbursement.
