Job Summary
Provide nursing care to senior residents in a Stellar Senior Living community. Monitor patients through treatment, perform routine vital signs checks with a gentle touch, support adherence to medication regimens, collaborate with RNs and medical team, and act as a liaison to families to ensure open communication and a supportive network. Demonstrate compassionate, patient-centered care and contribute to a harmonious healthcare environment while fostering warmth and connection with residents and their families.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an unrestricted LPN license valid in the state.
