Job Summary
Provide nursing care to senior residents in a Stellar Senior Living community, including monitoring patients, regularly checking vital signs, and assisting with medication adherence. Collaborate with RNs and the healthcare team to maintain a harmonious care environment and act as a liaison to residents’ families to ensure open communication and support. Must hold an unrestricted LPN license valid in the state and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills along with computer proficiency.
