Job Summary
Room patients, take vital signs, perform simple in-office lab tests, administer immunizations and injections, answer the phone, and educate patients on navigating the health care system. Partner with providers and specialists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a team-based management environment. Occasional Saturday mornings are required, and applicants must be able to travel between two offices in Westfield and Sherman, NY. New grads are considered, though experience is preferred. Join an independent primary care practice recognized by the NCQA as a Patient Centered Medical Home.
Required Qualifications
