LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse-Weekends

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on weekends (Sat/Sun 3p-11p) providing resident care under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting CNAs with ADL and routine care, administering medications per physician orders and Plan of Care, submitting pharmacy orders, documenting information, giving injections, monitoring residents’ health and communicating changes to RNs/Physicians, taking vital signs, basic wound care, managing IVs, observing for skin breakdown, and assisting with admissions.
