Job Summary
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for dementia/Alzheimer's care facility with locations in Medina and Anoka, MN. Competitive hourly pay ($34-$40 based on experience) with up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, shift differential, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, PTO, 401-K/profit sharing, uniform allowance, and tuition reimbursement.
