Job Summary
LPN Unit Clerk, full-time day shift in Cabot, PA. Administer medications, coordinate physician orders, communicate updates with physicians, residents, families, and the care team. Process physician orders and referrals, support nurse aides, supervise unit care, and promote quality outcomes in a senior-care setting. Daytime schedule includes 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. weekdays with weekend commitments; 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
