Job Summary
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility. Assess physical and mental health changes, document observations in electronic health records, and participate in care plan development with the nursing team. Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure comprehensive resident well-being while adhering to Utah regulations and infection control standards. Shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
