Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs in a home health setting. Support patient plans of care under registered nurse oversight while delivering services aligned with CDC safety guidelines. Work with a clinical team that provides 24/7 guidance and ensures PPE is available for every home visit. This role offers a $500 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling. Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
