Job Summary
LPN in a part-time day-shift role providing professional nursing care for residents in a long-term/post-acute care setting under supervision. Responsibilities include applying nursing principles to residents of all ages, administering medications and treatments, conducting assessments, recognizing problems, developing and implementing care plans, documenting interactions and outcomes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident health, safety, and comfort. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and current LPN licensure; IV therapy credentials and ongoing CEU/compliance training may be required by the facility. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current LPN license in good standing (state nursing board)

- Ability to perform nursing duties including medications, treatments, and care planning
- Demonstrated ability to assess residents and respond to emergent situations
- Competence in documentation and regulatory compliance
- CEU/compliance requirements as applicable to state
