LPN Licensed Practical Nurse PRN Shifts -Grant County

Provide nursing services to patients within a correctional environment under the supervision of the Site Administrator/Coordinator. Deliver care as directed by the Physician, respond and intervene in all emergency situations, and conduct patient intake paperwork. Verify medication orders, administer treatments following nursing standards, and maintain supply levels from the pharmacy. Complete and document ordered treatments, patient care, collection ordered labs, and monitor for changes in patient conditions. Assist providers with Chronic Care Clinic and sick call visits, ensure daily nursing tasks are completed within prescribed timeframes, and maintain patient confidentiality. Follow QCHC policies and guidelines while assisting with training and orientation of new personnel.
