Job Summary
PRN - LPN in Long Term Care providing professional nursing care under supervision of a RN/APP/physician. Performs nursing duties within the full scope of practice, including medication administration and care planning, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to address residents' physical and psychosocial needs. Responsible for documenting care, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to resident education and self-care planning. Shift: 2:15pm–10:45pm (Evenings); Location: Battle Lake, MN; Schedule: PRN with variable weekly hours; Not-for-profit organization serving seniors with a Christian environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Knowledge of IV therapy/management as applicable to the role in North Dakota (ND) if required by state specifics
- Minimum of supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN at another facility as part of curriculum or equivalent experience
