Job Summary
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN - Evening shifts) in a Long Term Care setting. Provides professional nursing care to residents under supervision, administers medications and treatments as ordered, documents care and outcomes, supports care planning, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Requires a state LPN license, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (associate degree preferred), and ongoing CEU/competency training. Evening PRN shift from 2:15pm to 10:45pm with $27.00-$36.00/hour depending on experience; benefits package available for eligible staff.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Ability to perform testing and care per care plan
- Ability to administer medications as ordered
- CEU and competency requirements
- Experience/education in IV therapy per North Dakota requirements (if applicable)
- Physician/APP/RN supervision as required by facility
- Completion of pre-licensure clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN
- Strong communication and confidentiality
- Ability to work as part of interdisciplinary care team
