Job Summary
LPN - PRN for Long Term Care: Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision, perform medications or treatments as ordered, document interactions and outcomes, support interdisciplinary care teams, and contribute to prevention and treatment plans. Evening PRN shift from 2:15pm to 10:45pm in a not-for-profit senior care facility. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an active LPN license, and a strong focus on resident safety, confidentiality, and evidence-based nursing practices.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- IV therapy/management skills as required by ND (if applicable) including graduation from a Board approved AASPN program with IV therapy or IV Therapy course approved by the ND Board of Nursing; clinical experience across lifespan or minimum of 400 hours as LPN
