Job Summary
PRN LPN in Long Term Care providing professional nursing care to residents under supervision, administering medications and treatments, contributing to care planning, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support health, safety and comfort of residents in a not-for-profit senior care setting; requires an LPN license, associate degree preferred, unencumbered licensure, and ability to work evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in state (unencumbered)
- Possession of required competencies/certifications and CEU requirements
- Experience/clinical hours as LPN or equivalent
- Ability to work evenings and PRN schedule
- Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary care team
- Documentation of resident care and med administration as per care plans
