Job Summary
PRN LPN provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, including medication administration, care planning, and assessment; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, documents care and outcomes, supports resident education and self-care, and maintains confidentiality and compliance with licensing and facility requirements; evening shift 2:15pm–10:45pm, occasional varied hours, with competitive pay based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility OR IV therapy/management course where required by North Dakota (if applicable)
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Possession of or ability to obtain required CEU and competency training as per facility policy
