Job Summary
PRN LPN providing professional nursing care for long-term care residents under supervision. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, contributing to assessments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires an active LPN license, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (associate degree preferred), and ability to work evenings (2:15pm–10:45pm). Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with state board and/or multi-state licensure
- Association degree in practical nursing preferred
- If position requires IV therapy/management in North Dakota: graduate from Board-approved AASPN program with IV therapy in curriculum or complete IV Therapy course approved by North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 400 hours of clinical experience across lifespan as LPN or equivalent
- Maintain required competencies and certifications; complete CEUs annually
- Possess or obtain department-specific competencies and certifications
- Ability to administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Ability to work evenings and PRN schedule
