Job Summary
PRN - LPN providing professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, contributing to assessment and care planning, and communicating with interdisciplinary care teams. Requires licensure as an LPN, completion of an accredited practical nursing program (associate degree preferred), ability to perform age-appropriate nursing duties, and availability for evening shift (2:15pm–10:45pm). Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an Licensed Practical Nurse
- Unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- If position requires IV therapy/management skills, ND-specific requirement: completion of IV therapy course or board-approved program
- Maintain CEU and competency training as required by department and facility
