Job Summary
PRN LPN in Long Term Care providing professional nursing care under supervision. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, and supporting an interdisciplinary care team. Maintains health, comfort and safety of residents, follows care plans, and communicates with residents, families, and health-care providers. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; Associate degree in practical nursing preferred. Evening shift from 2:15pm to 10:45pm in Battle Lake, MN, with salary $27-$36 per hour (varying with experience). Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license with State Nursing board
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred

- Completion of annual continuing education units (CEU) requirements
