Job Summary
PRN LPN in Long Term Care: provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision, administer medications and treatments, assess residents, document care and outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain safety and quality of life. Must hold an active LPN license; associate degree in practical nursing preferred; evening shift 2:15pm–10:45pm with variable weekly hours; location in Battle Lake, MN with facility-wide standards and CEU/compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associates degree in practical nursing preferred
- IV therapy/management skills requirements in North Dakota or jurisdiction-specific requirements as applicable
- Experience/clinical hours requirement as LPN per facility needs
