Job Summary
PRN - LPN in long-term care providing professional nursing care to residents under supervision. Performs nursing duties including administering medications, following care plans, and documenting resident interactions. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles across the lifespan, supports health, comfort, and safety, and collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other care staff. Requires an accredited practical nursing program graduate and current LPN licensure; associate degree in practical nursing preferred. SHIFT: 2:15pm–10:45pm, Evening PRN; Location: Battle Lake, MN; Eligible benefits and Drug Free Workplace policy in place.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associates degree in practical nursing preferred
- Ability to perform testing and medications/treatments as ordered
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality
- Experience or ability to work with interdisciplinary care team
