Job Summary
PRN LPN position in Long Term Care providing professional nursing care to residents under supervision. Core duties include administering medications and treatments, contributing to care plans, assessing residents, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, communicating with residents, families and healthcare providers, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting an interdisciplinary care team. The role requires an active LPN license, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (associates degree preferred), eligibility for required certifications, and adherence to facility competency and CEU requirements. Evening shift schedule (2:15pm–10:45pm), Battle Lake, MN. PRN hours with varying weekly totals; benefits available for qualifying employees.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associates degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Experience/education requirements including IV therapy/management as per North Dakota Board of Nursing guidelines (if applicable)
- Completion of CEU and continuing education as required by facility
