LPN Licensed Practical Nurse PRN Day Shift -Smith County

Provide nursing services to patients within a correctional environment under the supervision of the Site Administrator/Coordinator and Physician. Respond to all emergency situations, conduct patient intake paperwork, and verify medication orders. Administer medications following nursing standards, complete and document treatments, patient care, and lab collections, and monitor for changes in patient conditions. Assist providers with chronic care and sick call visits, ensure daily nursing tasks are completed within prescribed timeframes, and maintain patient confidentiality. Follow QCHC policies and guidelines while assisting with new personnel training.
