Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN shifts at Crestwood Care Center. Provide patient-focused nursing care within post-acute and long-term care settings using a person-centered approach. Must hold a valid LPN license and have 6 months to 1 year of clinical experience, with LTC exposure preferred. New graduates are welcome.
