Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Current unencumbered LPN license with state board and/or multi-state licensure.
- Possesses or able to obtain required department competencies and certifications; completes annual CEU requirements.
- Experience with supervised clinical practice or minimum 400 hours as LPN at another facility (as applicable).
- Knowledge of nursing principles and ability to perform tests to evaluate resident status and provide needed care.
