Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Unencumbered LPN license in state nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- IV therapy/management requirements in North Dakota (if applicable) including Board-approved IV therapy curriculum or approved course
- Minimum 400 hours of supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or equivalent experience as LPN
- Annual continuing education and competency requirements
