LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse - Private Duty (PRN Weekends)

Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while maintaining their dignity and independence. Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed, and accurately document all nursing actions, communications with families and physicians, and progress toward established goals. Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand, ensuring all patient needs are met per physician instructions. Work weekends (Friday & Saturday 8:00am - 4:00pm) as a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse supporting patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need through home health care services.
