Job Summary
Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while maintaining their dignity and independence. Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed, and accurately document all nursing actions and communications with families, case managers, and physicians. Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand, ensuring all patient needs are met per physician instructions. This weekend PRN role in Memphis, TN, offers flexible scheduling from 8:00am to 10:00pm for a Licensed Practical Nurse with pediatric or trach/vent experience.
Required Qualifications
- LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Proof of car insurance
- CPR professional certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of nursing experience
- Home Health care experience
- Trach/vent experience
