LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse - Private Duty (Part-Time Days)

Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence. Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed, performing required assessments and documenting all actions. Coordinate supplies and medications to ensure adequate stock, and communicate changes in medical condition or needs to families, case managers, and physicians. Work Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm as a part-time day shift. G-tube experience is preferred.
