LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care

Provides primary clinical support to the provider, patient and family to diagnose and treat the patient’s condition; handles documentation of medical history, vital signs, and prepares patients for examinations; administers medications and vaccines under provider direction; assists with minor surgical/diagnostic procedures and collects/prepares laboratory specimens; maintains aseptic environment and room readiness; ensures timely communication with the provider and accurate medical records for continuity of care; workweek typically 40 hours, days, in a Geisinger medical office in Orwigsburg, PA; eligible for full-time benefits and sign-on bonus.
