LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Per Diem

Provide direct patient care to residents with a variety of needs under the supervision of a registered nurse. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, while monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting any changes. Develop and implement individualized care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain the highest level of service. Current LPN license in Pennsylvania required; prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
