Job Summary
Per diem LPN provides direct nursing care to residents with emphasis on holistic wellness, supervises CNA/HHA staff, assists in medication administration training, conducts resident assessments, and maintains clinical quality assurance in accordance with regulations. Shifts include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a; flexible schedule and benefits offered. Requires LPN license, nursing school graduation, and experience in long-term care/assisted living/home health/hospital settings, with strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and proficiency in computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- current LPN license
- At least 2 years’ experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations, and nursing practices/methods
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
