LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Per Diem - Marworth Inpatient Substance Use Disorders Facility

Conduct direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies according to policy and procedure for patients in the inpatient substance use disorders unit. Collaborate with the registered nurse to contribute data to assessments, plan care, and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions based on patient response. Coordinate patient care and interaction of staff while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout the continuum of care. Reinforce patient and family education and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team. Precept and mentor new staff and students in a professional manner. Participate in unit-based decision-making regarding evidence-based practice and work toward team goals.
