Job Summary
Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patient's home, administering and managing medications while monitoring and documenting conditions. Perform treatments as ordered by the physician and educate and support family members. Collaborate closely with the Phoenix clinical team for ongoing guidance and support. Enjoy consistent schedules with long-term cases and weekday overnight premium pay.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license
- Valid driver's license
