LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Pediatric Home Care

Job Summary
Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the home for pediatric patients, administer and manage medications, monitor and document patient conditions, perform treatments as ordered by the physician, educate and support family members, and collaborate closely with the Phoenix clinical team. Requires active Illinois LPN or RN license, strong assessment and communication skills, compassionate and dependable approach, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Weekend day shift with competitive pay based on experience, weekly pay, paid training and ongoing clinical support, and mileage reimbursement (where applicable). Required Qualifications
