Job Summary
LPN or RN needed for private duty home nursing in Germantown, IL. Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, administer and manage medications, monitor and document patient conditions, perform physician-ordered treatments, educate and support family members, and collaborate with the Phoenix clinical team. Weekend day shift with paid training and consistent, long-term cases; driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
