Job Summary
Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the home for pediatric patients; administer and manage medications; monitor and document patient conditions; perform treatments as ordered by the physician; educate and support family members; collaborate closely with the Phoenix clinical team; weekend day shift; mileage reimbursement where applicable; act as part of a patient’s support system in their home setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN or LPN
- Strong assessment and communication skills
