Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patient's home, administering and managing medications while monitoring and documenting conditions. Perform treatments as ordered by the physician and educate and support family members. Collaborate closely with the Phoenix clinical team for ongoing guidance and support. This role offers consistent schedules with long-term cases, weekday overnight premium pay at $2/hour, weekend day premium pay at $3/hour, and weekend overnight premium pay at $4/hour.
