Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child without juggling multiple assignments. Support patients with complex needs such as G-tubes, trachs, or vents, while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership under clear plans of care. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines using provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain valid Pennsylvania LPN licensure, BLS CPR certification, and a driver's license. Enjoy a flexible schedule with paid time off, weekly pay, and 24/7 on-call clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
